The principals of Beacon Resorts have been selling and managing resort properties along Florida’s Emerald Coast since the opening of the Sea Oats Resort Condominiums in May of 1983. Over the past 22 years, Beacon has evolved from servicing one condominium complex, to professionally managing hundreds of individual units, as well as several homeowners’ associations.
We’ve had properties all along the Gulf coast, from Panama City to Perdido Key, but decided in the mid-90’s to consolidate our presence to the Destin and Fort Walton Beach area. Since then, Beacon Resort Management has offered a full spectrum of resort property management, real estate sales, and association management services to our clients. In an industry that is being overtaken by out-of-state corporations, we pride ourselves on being locally owned and operated. On any given day,you can find our owners, Charlie and Cindy Corsentino, at one of our Okaloosa Island properties.
